But they get older, and then they stop being painful, and just become memories. It may take years. But letting your life be dictated by them, is sure to destroy your chances. I have been there, I destroyed my chances. And it took me too long to recover.&lt;br&gt;

My two penny ... if the new guy is as good as you say, make a decision to go with him, and do all you can to stick to the decision.
